Margherita Pizza

This is Jon’s favorite pizza. And on the grill, even better! We like to add allt he salt in the dough. A salty dough and all the fresh toppings just melt in your mouth.
This recipe makes 2 personal sized pizzas.

1/2 recipe basic pizza dough
1/2 cup fresh basil, julienned
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp truffle oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Follow the instructions for the grilled pizza dough. Top the pizza with the toppings after you have grilled 1 side of the pizza.
Cut and eat immediately.
