Sauteed Green Beans

This is a great dish for many reason: 1. it is easy 2. it is cheap 3. it is good!

Serves 4
1 lb bag frozen green beans
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup pine nuts
olive oil
salt and pepper

Heat about a tbsp of olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the zucchini and pine nuts. Add the tomatoes about 5 minutes into it. Add the green beans, salt and pepper when the zucchini is almost completely cooked through and the tomatoes are almost bursting. Cook for only until the green beans heat. Plate it and serve it. Add a sprinkle of some Parmesan cheese on top, MMM!
