Everything Chocolate Pizza

Posted on February 16, 2009. Filed under: Chocolate, Desserts, pizza |

When Jon and I were in New York in December 2008, we ate at Max Brenner…twice. Of all the places in NY to eat, we had to go there again. It was unbelievable. Jon’s favorite part of Max Brenner was the chocolate pizza. The milk chocolate was creamy and rich. And the toppings, marshmallows, bananas, and peanut butter were incredible. Here is my attempt at a chocolate pizza.

1 refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury, Trader Joe’s), baked to package instructions
1 c. Milk chocolate chunks, for topping
1/2 c. White chocolate chunks, for topping
1 c. Mini marshmallows, for topping
1 Banana sliced, for topping
1/2 c. peanut butter, for topping
1/2 c. M&M’s, for topping

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

After baking the dough, milk chocolate and white chocolate chunks should be sprinkled over the surface. Top with mini marshmallows, banana slices and peanut butter drizzle can also be added.

Place pizza into oven for 3 to 5 minutes to melt the chocolate and marshmallows.

Then add the M&M’s last after you have baked it.
