Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Only 2 ingredients in this recipe. Does it get any easier? NO! So no excuses next time you have a potluck, or you are asked to bring something to work or church. Make these. And I guarantee people will think you are the most amazing baker in the world.

1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease a mini muffin pan.
Drop 1 tbsp cookie dough into each muffin mold.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are puffed up and golden brown.
While cookies are baking, remove Reese’s from wrapping.

As soon as the cookies are removed from the oven, push a Reese’s into the center of each muffin mold. So the top of the cookie and Reese’s are flush.

Wait until the cookies are completely cooled, and the Reese’s have set and are hard again. Then you can pop them each out of the muffin tin. You made need to use a knife to pop them out. Be gently, you don’t want to break them.
