Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

This will make your pee stink for a day, but it is sooo worth it. I make this dish quite often when people come over for dinner. It goes wiht chicken, steak, sandwhich, and brunch.

1 lb fresh asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Trim ends off asparagus.
Lay the asparagus in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the Parmesan on last.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Until the asparagus is tender, and the cheese is golden brown.
