Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This is the perfect meal after a long run. You get some protein, carbs, sugars, and fats. Worry about veggies the rest fo the day, at this moemnt you need to replenish energy. And this will do the trick.

Serves 1
1/2 c. plain non fat greek yogurt
1 heaping spoonful peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1/2 c. non fat milk
handful of ice cubes
squirt of hershey’s chocolate syrup

Blend it all togther, and enjoy drinking thorugh a straw. Then kick back and enjoy your accomplishment of completing your run.
