Crockpot Chicken with Peas

I only made this recipe to serve 2. But it is so easy to multiply for more people. And you literally have no prep work. It is all from can to pot.

2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( I like to use the 99% fat free kind)
1/2 c. of water (can use chicken stock too)
1 can peas, drained
1/2 c. bacon (Costco has pre-cooked, diced bacon that is SO useful)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Throw all of these ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours. The chicken is so tender that is breaks apart just using a fork. Serve it over rice, veggies or pasta.
