Super Bowl Menu

Posted on January 30, 2009. Filed under: Holidays |

I don’t watch the super bowl. In fact, I really do not like football. Maybe it was because I was infiltrated with it as a child. What I do love about the super bowl is the gathering of friends and family, and the large quantities of food. You have to have the right food to keep the cheering fans happy. And just Doritos, potato chips and onion dip won’t cut it. Spice it up a bit. Here are some items that are easy, can be prepared ahead of time, and are not the boring chips and dip. I don’t have recipes for all of these posted. So just google some of them, and see what you come up with. And try something new.

Pigs in a Blanket
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Chili Cheese Dip
Steak Wrapped Asparagus
Mini Hamburgers
Corn and Tomato Salad
Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cheesecake Brownies
