Rachel’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes: 12

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• ½-1 cup of chocolate chips
1. Mix all ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

2. Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes.

3. Let cool.

Serve them at parties or give them as a gift. They are my favorite peanut butter cookie. I make huge batches and freeze them. They taste wonderful right out of the freezer. And if you ommit the chocolate chips and replace them with chopped nuts or dried fruit, they are a great source of protein.
