Heirloom Tomato Salad

Serves 4

2 pints heirloom Tomatoes, cut into bit sized pieces
6 ounces feta cheese
1 small red onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper

Toss all ingredients together. You can taste all the flavors best if you allow it to sit for about 3 hours before serving it.

Bring to apotluck, a BBQ, or have it as a side dish to any meal. It is always a hit.
